Our SILVER cocoa powders and chocolates are single origin from Peruvian farms. They deliver excellent flavor for confections, baked goods, cereals, snacks and bars. Our GOLD cocoa powders are produced from a blend of Dominican Republic and other Latin American beans and processed in Europe. GOLD cocoa powders deliver a premium flavor with greater solubility that is preferred for dairy and beverage applications where texture, depth and mouthfeel are critical.

Organic cocoa butter is the cream-colored fat that results from the pressing of organic cocoa liquor. It is used in chocolate production and across the personal care industry. Natural or deodorized cocoa butter is available.

Organic chocolate chips and kibbles are available in semisweet (56%) or bittersweet (70%) and have subtle fruit and floral notes that are indicative of the cocoa beans in the growing region. Produced in a non-dairy facility.
