Fresh organic coconut milk is mixed with organic maltodextrin (tapioca or rice derived) and spray-dried to produce organic coconut milk powder with around 45% fat content.

Palmfruit™ organic coconut milk powder is commonly used in vegan, non-dairy creamers and powdered beverage mixes like hot cocoa to replace milk powder. Use coconut milk powder in dry applications like baking mixes, nutritional powders, and seasoning blends for a hint of coconut flavor. It can be rehydrated and used to build solids content in yogurt, frozen desserts, soups and sauces.
